Besides of interesting discussions on different topics during 3 Congress days special workshops on surgery, radiology and endoscopy will be provided by professors from Germany, Turkey, Switzerland and Azerbaijan university hospitals. It is gratifying that, for the first time, our 1st Congress and workshops were estimated by European Continuing Medical Education Centers with 21 CME points and for 2nd Congress we are waiting for more than 25 CME Points.
