[:en]The first Azerbaijani-German-Turkish Medical Congress having official opening ceremony on April 11, 2015 in Monolit Plaza Hotel in Baku has continued its work successfully on April 12.

On the second day of the event with Prof .N.Gebel, Prof. N.Asgarov and Prof .S.Demirbash acting as moderators, the lectures specified for the first half of the day were given and the discussions on the relevant subjects were made.

Within the Congress the speeches were made on the subjects of Ultrasonography in gastroenterology (Prof. Gebel), EUS diagnosis of under mucus tumors (PhD, Dr. med Senturk), EUS in disorders of the pancreas (Prof. M.Cindoruk), Resection of Varicose Veins in Oncologic Surgery (Prof. Dr. med. L.Guerke) and Radiation Therapy of Complications after surgery of gallbladder (Prof. Dr .A.Memish) which are actual problems in both our country and the world.

After tea break the congress continued its work with basic level trainings and workshops on General and Laparoscopic Surgery, Endoscopy, Radiology and Endoscopic ultrasound.

In the second half of the day with Prof. N.Gebel and Prof. G.Muslumov acting as moderators, lectures and discussions were made on Hipec and Cytoreductive surgery in advanced cancer (Prof. Demirbash), curative approach during peritoneal canceromatosis (Dr. E.Canbay), our practice in esophagectomy during esophageal cancer (Prof. Dr. A.Soltanov), thoracolaparoscopic esophagectomy during esophageal cancer (Prof. Dr. G.Muslumov), the role of CT and MRI in Colorectal carcinoma (Prof. A.Schreyer), CT and MRI differential diagnosis of liver tumours (Dr .L.Dendl) and gastric tube treatment (Dr. D.Uyak) in overweight patients.

After the theoretical part of the congress trainings on intermediate level were held in 4 sections.

We would like to mention that April 13, 2015 is the last day of the congress and trainings.

[:az]11 aprel 2015 il tarixində Bakı şəhərində Monolit plaza hotelində rəsmi  açılışı olan I Azərbaycan- Alman – Türk Tibb Konqresi 12 aprel tarixində öz işini uğurla davam etdirmişdir.

Tədbirin ikinci günü Prof.N.Gebel, Prof.N.Əsgərov və Prof.S.Demirbaşın moderatorluğu ilə  günün birinci yarısında nəzərdə tutulmuş mühazirələr və uyğun mövzular ətrafında müzakirələr olunmuşdur.

Konqres zamanı dünyada və ölkəmizdə aktual olan Qastroenterologiyada Ultrasonoqrafiya (Prof.Gebel), Selikaltı törəmələrin EUS diaqnostikası(PhD,Dr.med Senturk),Pankreas xəstəliklərində EUS(Prof.M.Cindoruk),Onkoloji cərrahiyyədə genişlənmiş damar rezeksiyası(Prof.Dr.med.L.Guerke), Öd yolları üzərindəki əməliyyatlardan sonrakı ağırlaşmaların radioloji müalicəsi(Prof.Dr.A.Memiş) mövzularında çıxışlar olmuşdur.

Çay fasiləsindən sonra konqres işini Ümumi və Laparoskopik cərrahiyyə, Endoskopiya, Radiologiya və Endoskopik sonoqrafiya üzrə basic səviyyəsində treninq və workshoplarla davam etdirmişdir.

Günün ikinci yarısı Prof.N.Gebel və  Prof.Q.Müslümovun moderatorluğu ilə İrəliləmiş xərçəngdə Hipek və Citoreduktiv cərrahiyyə(Prof.Demirbaş), Peritoneal kanseromatoz zamanı kurativ yanaşma(Dr.E.Canbay), Ezofaqeal xərçəng zamanı ezofagektomiyada təcrübəmiz (Prof. Dr.A.Soltanov),Ezofageal xərçəng zamanı torako-laparoskopik ezofaqoektomiya(Prof.Dr.G.Müslümov), Kolorektal karsinomada KT və MRT-nin əhəmiyyəti(Prof.A.Schreyer), Qaraciyər törəmələrinin  MRT və KT differensial diaqnostikası(Dr.L.Dendl), Artıq çəkili xəstələrdə qastrik balon müalicəsi(Dr.D.Uyak) mövzülarında məruzə və disskusiyalar aparıldı.

Konqresin nəzərə hissəsindən dərhal sonra intermediate səviyyəsi üzrə hər 4 bölmədə treninqlər davam etdirildi.

Xatırladaq ki, 13 aprel 2015 tarixi konqres və treninqlərin son günüdür.
