Artıq məlumat verildiyi kimi, 2016-cı ilin21-25aprel tarixində baş tutacaq 2. Azərbaycan-Alman-Türk Tibb Konqresində Almaniya, İsveçrə, Türkiyə və s. ölkələrdən 15-dən çox tanınmış alimlər iştirak edəcək. Bu Konqres təkcə Azərbaycan üçün deyil, ümumilikdə Avropada tibbin inkişafı, tibbi biliklərin mübadiləsi və yeni istiqamətlərin müəyyən edilməsi baxımından böyük əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. Bu günlərdə təşkilat komitəsinə Konqres münasibətilə təbrik məktubu yazan Almaniyanın Rheinland-Pfalz torpağının ministerprezidenti Malu Dreyer də öz məktubunda  bu məqamı vurğuladı.

2013-cü ildən Rheinland-Pfalz torpağında ministerprezident vəzifəsində fəaliyyət göstərən Malu Dreyer məktubunda həmçinin qeyd edir ki, bu Konqres tibb sahəsindəki ixtisas biliklərinin ölkələr arasında şəbəkələşməsinə, bununla da xəstəliklərin vaxtında aşkarlanmasına və insanların sağlamlığının qorunmasına şərait yaradır.  Ministerprezident onu da vurğuladı ki, “Beynəlxalq Konqres ölkələrimiz və insanlarımız arasında mədəni və sosial əlaqələri də dərinləşdirir”.

Sonda Malu Dreyer Konqresin bütün təşkilatçılarına, xüsusən də Konqresin Təşkilat Komitəsinin sədri, Milli Onkologiya Mərkəzinin Baş Direktoru Prof. C.Əliyevə Konqresin təşkili və bu yöndə qoyduqları gərgin əməyə görə minnətdarlığını bildirir, bütün Konqres iştirakçılarına, həmçinin referentlərə mənalı müzakirələr və öz vaxtlarının dəyərli keçməsini arzu edir.

As was previously reported, more than 15 well-known scientists from Germany, Switzerland, Turkey and other countries will participate in the 2nd Azerbaijan-German-Turkish Medical Congress which will take place on April 21-25, 2016 in Baku, Azerbaijan. The Congress is very important not only for Azerbaijan, also for general development of medicine in Europe; the exchange of medical knowledge is of great importance in terms of identifying new and innovative directions. Malu Dreyer, ministerpresident of the German state Rheinland-Pfalz, also emphasized this point in her congratulatory letter to the organizing committee of the Congress.

Malu Dreyer, who holds the post of ministerpresident of Rheinland-Pfalz since 2013, also noted in her letter that this Congress makes a great contribution in the field of sharing medical knowledge between the countries, thereby in identifying diseases and conditions for the protection of global health. Ministerpresident also emphasized that “Such an International Congress deepens cultural and social ties among our people.”

In the end Malu Dreyer expressed her gratitude to the organizers of the Congress, especially to chairman of the Organizing Committee, Director of the National Cancer Center Prof. Dr. J.A. Aliyev, who put the hard work into the organization of the Congress. She also wished all the participants of the Congress, as well as the referents, meaningful discussions and valuable pastime.[:]
