21 aprel tarixində Azərbaycan Alman Tibbi Əməkdaşlıq Cəmiyyətinin təşkilatı dəstəyi ilə baş tutacaq 2. Azərbaycan-Alman-Türk Tibb Konqresinin açılış mərasimi keçiriləcək. Konqresin xarici qonaqları, prezidentləri və Azərbaycanın dövlət xadimləri tərəfindən Ulu öndər Heydər Əliyevin məzarına ziyarətdən sonra, “Monolit Plaza” otelində tədbirin rəsmi açılışı baş tutacaq. Mərasimdə Türkiyənin Azərbaycandakı Fövqələdə və səlahiyyətli səfiri Alper Coşkundan əlavə, həmçinin Konqresin prezidentləri – Prof. Dr. Qurbanxan Müslümov və Dr.med. Deniz Uyak, xarici qonaqlar – Prof. M. Gebel və Prof. A. Kuzu və Azərbaycanın bir neçə dövlət xadiminin də iştirakı nəzərdə tutulub.
Konqres 21-25 Aprel 2016-cı il tarixlərini əhatə edəcək. Konqresdə Almaniyanın, İsveçrənin, Avstriyanın, Türkiyənin və digər Avropa ölkələrinin Universitet Klinikalarından dəvət edilmiş professorlar referent qismində iştirak edəcəklər. Konqres Monolit Plaza otelində baş tutacaq. Tədbirin gedişində hər gün həkim, rezident və tələbələr üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş Laparoskopik və Ümumi cərrahiyə, Endoskopiya və Ultrasonoqrafiya ixtisasları üzrə 3 səviyyədə və həmçinin tibb bacıları üçün İlk tibbi yardım üzrə və 24 CME (Continuing Medical Education) balı olan Workshoplar da keçiriləcək. Qeyd etmək lazımdır ki, ötən ilki Konqresdə bu Workshoplara postsovet məkanında ilk dəfə 21 CME balı verilmiş və sertifikatları beynəlxalq status qazanmışdır. Bu Workshoplar üçün Almaniyanın əksər universitet klinikalarında tibbi simulyasiya məqsədilə istifadə olunan Erler Zimmer firması tərəfindən istehsal olunmuş xüsusi simulyatorlar gətirilmişdir. Belə ki, xüsusi mulyaj üzərində eyni zamanda süni nəfəs vermə və ürəyin qapalı masajının aparılması metodikası öyrədiləcəkdir. Bu simulyatorlardan əlavə, iştirakçılara Esculap firmasının istehsalı olan 3D Laparoskopik cərrahiyə avadanlıqları dəstilə müxtəlif manipulyasiyaları icra etmə imkanı yaradılacaq.
Konqresdə yanaşı olaraq Azərbaycan Minimal İnvaziv və Endoskopik Cərrahlar Cəmiyyətinin 2. Konqresi də baş tutacaq.
Konqres çərçivəsində həmçinin Tələbə, rezident və gənc həkimlərin Cərrahiyə, Onkologiya, Radiologiya və Qastroenterologiyanın aktual problemlərinə həsr edilmiş məruzələrindən ibarət forumu da keçiriləcək. Münsiflər heyətinin qərarı ilə 2-ci və 3-cü yerlərin sahiblərinə xüsusi mükafatlarla, 1-ci yerin qalibi isə Almaniyada 1 aylıq tibbi praktika keçmək imkanı ilə təltif ediləcəklər.
Bundan əlavə Tələbə forumu zamanı Deutsche Ärztekammer, German Hospital Groups, Almaniyanın qeyri-hökumət professional təşkilatlarının nümayəndə heyətinin iştirakı ilə Simpozium keçiriləcək. Bu Simpozium zamanı aşağıda qeyd olunan məsələlər geniş müzakirə ediləcək:
- Gələcəkdə Almaniyada tibbi təhsil almaq, işləmək arzusunda olanlar üçün alman tibbi tədris proqramları əsasında Approbation imtahanına hazırlıq kurslarının, sınaq imtahanlarının və bu sahədə ixtisaslaşmış alman mütəxəssisləri ilə online dərs proqramlarının təşkil edilməsi;
- Azərbaycanlı tələbələrin və həkimlərin Almaniyada qısa müddətli hospitation keçdikdən sonra Beruferlaubnisin (iş icazəsi) alınması;
- Daha sonra tələbələrin Approbation imtahanı üçün termininin alınması
Beləliklə, Almaniyanın Rheinland-Pfalz torpağının minister prezidenti Malu Dreyerin Konqresin təşkilati komitəsinə yazdığı təbrik məktubunda qeyd etdiyi kimi, 2. Azərbaycan-Alman-Türk Tibb Konqresi tibb sahəsindəki ixtisas biliklərinin beynəlxalq səviyyədə şəbəkələşməsinə, bununla da xəstəliklərin vaxtında aşkarlanmasına və insanların sağlamlığının qorunmasına şərait yaradacaq.

On April 21th, the Opening ceremony of the 2nd Azerbaijan-German-Turkish Medical Congress, which is held with the support of German Medical Cooperation Society, will take place. After the visit of foreign guests, presidents of Congress and members of Parliament of Azerbaijan to the grave of the national leader Heydar Aliyev, the official opening of the event will take place in the “Monolit Plaza” Hotel. Besides Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Azerbaijan – Alper Coskun, the presidents of the Congress – Prof. Dr. Gurbankhan Muslumov and Dr.med. Deniz Uyak, foreign guests – Prof. M. Gebel and Prof. A. Kuzu and several members of Parliament of Azerbaijan are expected to attend the ceremony.
The Congress will be held on 21-25 April 2016. Congress will be joined by professors invited from the university clinics of Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Turkey and other European countries. Congress will take place at the “Monolit Plaza” Hotel. 3 level-workshops on Laparoscopic and general surgery, Endoscopy, Ultrasonography for physicians, residents and students, as well as the First aid workshops, which are valued with 24 CME (Continuing Medical Education) points for nurses, will take place during the event. It should be noted that workshops and certificates of last year’s Congress granted 21 CME points and gained international status for the first time in post-Soviet space. The workshops offer the simulators of the company Erler Zimmer – which are used in the most of the University hospitals in Germany. Thus, the techniques of closed heart massage and mouth-to-mouth respiration can be learned with the help pf these simulators. The participants will also have the chance to perform manipulations with the help of 3D Laparoscopic surgery set offered by the firma Esculap.
In addition, the 2. Congress of the Society for Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Surgeons will take place as well.
Also there will be a Student forum held, during which students and young physicians will have the chance to deliver short lectures on relevant topics of Surgery, Oncology, Radiology and Gastroenterology. By the decision of the jury the 2nd and 3rd places will be awarded with special prizes, 1st place winner will get a chance to spend 1 month a resident in hospital of Germany.
In addition, a Symposium with the participation of Deutsche Ärztekammer, German Hospital Groups and the delegation of the German non-governmental professional organizations will be held during the Student forum. Following wide range of issues will be discussed during the Symposium:
- Preparation courses for the Approbation, trial exams on the basis of German medical education programs and online lessons with the German specialists for those, who want to study and work in Germany in the future.
- Obtaining of Berufserlaubnis for the Azerbaijani students and doctors after a short-term residency;
- Arrangement of appointments to take Approbation exam for Azerbaijani
Thus, as the ministerpresident of Germany’s Rheinland-Pfalz land Malu Dreyer said in her congratulatory letter, written to the Congress organizational committee, the 2nd Azerbaijan-German-Turkish Medical Congress will make a great contribution in the field of sharing medical knowledge between the countries, thereby in identifying diseases and conditions for the protection of global health.
